CORONA VIRUS - FREE SCHOOL MEAL VOUCHER SCHEME

During the lockdown, the Department for Education has agreed to provide free school meal vouchers upto the value of £15 per week,  for all children who would normally receive benefit related free school meals in school.

These vouchers will be emailed out to families each week from a comany called Edenred. Families will receive a 16 digit code which can be used to obtain vouchers for a supermarket of their choice, chosen from a list of approved supermarkets and food retailers.

To redeem the vouchers:
1. Click on redeem your e-code
2. Enteryour unique 16 digit code number and follow the security checks
3 Select your chosen supermarket and checkout

You can then spend the vouchers at your chosen supermarket.

The DFE has produced a list of frequently asked questions for parents - see below for a copy of these.

The Edenred system has been innundated with requests and they are working hard to fulfil all the orders on a timely basis. Please bear with us, and them, if it takes a few days for your vouchers to come through.

If you do not receive the vouchers, or need more information please e-mail the school admin team who will do their best to help.
